What are the best aspects of this product?

My initial reaction after we installed Zoho is pure admiration towards the product. I have never worked with a platform that has perfected organizing and searching massive volumes of documents. Zoho can easily adapt to any environment, from start-ups to large organizations. It provides you with specialized tools and features that are necessary to perform tasks more effectively. I would be more than happy to share with others the benefits that we are currently reaping.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some things that I would like to point out regarding Zoha that affects our experience as users. There are moments when the system is not working at all. Meaning we could not log-in and do any work at all. Other issues would be the speed, which is not consistent. I am sure that it has nothing to do with our internet connection or gadgets because we have never encountered these issues with the other platforms we are currently using.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's hard to find a platform that you can surely trust to keep your files safe, even if shared with others. It's good to know that there are products like Zoho built to protect businesses from incidents of fraud and retain the integrity of its employees. Different departments have widely used Zoho to help develop successful long and short-term projects. So far, it has exceeded our expectations in terms of providing excellent output and keeping a tight leash on our security protocols, which matters the most to all of us.
