What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a bit difficult to find complete software that would pass my standards. But Zoho is quite sophisticated and too advanced for my liking. That is why I immediately fell in love with it. I like that it's capable of providing back up copies of all documents, and keeping them in store for future use is a big deal for me already. If you have the time to try out Zoho, I suggest that you explore its functions and you would be quite surprised by the things that it has to offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I want to point out that Zoho lacks integration, which is one of the things that users are looking for nowadays. Some apps do not jive well with Zoho due to compatibility and version issues. I think that it's Zoho's responsibility to work on this adjustment and not vise versa. Once they're able to go past this issue, I guarantee that this product will go a long way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We decided to switch platforms to do our work lighter and still obtain excellent results at the end of each working day. It's good that Zoho has always been on top of its feet in helping us manage all our internal documents. We are free to share them with both employees and external clients without worrying about anything wrong that could happen. The system's speed has always been moderate to fast, and I hope it stays that way.
