What are the best aspects of this product?
The first time I installed Zoho, I wasn't quite sure whether I would like the product. But after taking some time to explore every feature, I must say that I've changed my mind. I was really impressed that I could share any document with most company employees who need access. Through the help of Zoho, we were able to increase and meet our performance targets for the past two quarters. The employees had a blast using the product because Zoho can do things to make everyone easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Though I have given a lot of positive feedback about Soho, I would like to reiterate that it is still not considered a perfect platform. I think that certain things need to be improved so that clients would consider not switching to a competitor. One of the essential things that I would like to point out is that Zoho does not have a built-in ticketing system. This should help us identify and resolve internal platform issues without the need to call the helpdesk.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We decided to use Zola for the business for a long list of reasons. The main priority for us to keep sure that all files under our care remain safe and secured no matter the circumstances. We need to keep certain documents for auditing purposes like invoices, financial reports, expenses, and contracts. Having all files stored in Zoho gives us the ease to retrieve, share and even make changes. I have a long list of things that I would like to add, but to simplify, I'd like to say that Zoho has been excellent ever since.
