What are the best aspects of this product?

For me, Zoho is the most recommended software that you could use to save or keep files that pertain to work or business. I have high confidence that Zoho will always do its best to keep our trade secrets and business information safe. The platform itself looks pretty much simple, but you will realize that it has so much to offer other than storage if you dig deeper. My opinion on this product stands because I've seen great results over time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the significant downsides of using Zoho, I think, is the reporting feature. Like any platform, we need reports to check each document's status that we keep and make sure that it's updated to its latest version. Unfortunately, Zoho has shown inconsistencies in this aspect, which is disappointing. I hope that they can make changes soon so everyone can utilize the reports appropriately.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted our company to achieve a more efficient system for storing and sharing documentation among peers. Besides our primary storage area, it is imperative to have a platform that would serve as a backup option if something happens. We feel more confident that we can continue working and delivering high-quality service to our clients with Zola's presence in our lives.
