What are the best aspects of this product?
I admire Zoho because it manages all of our business files being done in an organized manner. Before using Zoho, a lot of our documents were corrupted due to many reasons. This scenario results in more problems, but we are happy that we no longer experience these things with Zoho. Using such a platform like this one is definitely a big help to the company by enhancing our workflow. One example is that we can easily share multiple documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations with one another using a uniform tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some things are lacking with Zoho that could help with the automation and distribution of tasks in the office. I know that I may sound demanding, but it's essential that I expect more rather than less as a paying customer. I plan to write down some suggestions that could be of help for future use. It's good to know that the support team is always willing to listen to what we have to say.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I want to share with everyone that one of the main reasons we have Zoho is to improve our people's work. When we share files via emails, there is a tendency for most employees to ignore it. This kind of scenario causes projects to stall, resulting in unmet deadlines and unhappy clients. We wanted to minimize these errors and ensure that everyone from the team is highly engaged and aware of what's going on. With the help of Zoho, I am confident that all employees have access to important documents, memos, and work orders that need to be prioritized.
