What are the best aspects of this product?

What makes Zoho attractive to end-users is its ability to offer multiple sets of functions that can cater to a wide variety of office tasks. You can create multiple spreadsheets to help monitor sales or create better content for your online marketing projects, and so much more. I prefer using Zoho compared to other products because I am at ease with how the system works. I was able to launch many projects that became successful because of all the help we got from Zoho.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If there is something that Zoho needs to change, I think it communicates with one department to another. Although it specializes in document sharing, which promotes collaboration, I think something is missing on Zoho's end. Probably it's the ability to make constant reminders to all participants involved to make sure that all bases have been covered and tasks are being submitted before the deadline. If they do this, I am confident that there is a bigger chance for the company to gain more clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I know very well that we made the right choice of introducing Zoho to our staff members because it can help us achieve more success in the workplace because of its wonderful features. When we used to purchase external hard drives and USB sticks to save files, our computer could no longer accommodate them. It was prone to be corrupted, and we don't have any backups as well. We no longer have to worry about such situations because Zoho can provide us central storage for all staff.
