What are the best aspects of this product?

Did you know that storing your work via your computer hardware can pose some serious risks? I didn't know about that until we found out that more than half of our dates were already compromised and shared with unknown parties. We would not let this happen again. That is why Zoho came into the picture. I like its ability to send, secure, back up, and trace activities within the platform. So if something suspicious happens that we can easily do an investigation regarding these fraudulent matters.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing that made me think thrice about getting Zoho is the amount I have to pay each month. I wish that they could come up with a much lower promotional price or discounts for loyal clients. I would also appreciate it if their CS team would do something drastic to improve their service because it's really disappointing most of the time.40Managing Documents and Storing them securely in their servers and performing many functions with those stored files, sharing Zoho doc with the colleagues to view them if necessary. And Storing all the important data in the Cloud.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We do not have to overload our servers with all our documents and digital assets, which takes up so much GB. I'd rather have it stored vis cloud because of its robust security features. It's also open to people in the office that they could use it for work-related purposes only.
