What are the best aspects of this product?
Based on the feedback that I gathered from the team, the common denominator why they like Zoho is easy to understand, and it has a simple-looking user interface. They always look forward to using the app because sharing documents is straightforward to accomplish and ensure that the recipients can see it right away. We made sure that all employees, regardless of rank, would access the documents that they need to do their work without any complications.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping that Zoho could improve early next year regarding some essential aspects of the tool. Some projects need updates via shared documents, and we need to follow the deadlines strictly. Unfortunately, Zoho cannot make follow-ups to the owners/recipients of the sheet. There are instances wherein we lag behind our workload, which is not good news to our boss.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The tool itself comes with a long list of features that fit our business's needs and wants. This is precisely the reason why we got Zoho to work with us for a very long time. Also, we used to worry about security breaches and stolen or replicated documents, which happened several times years ago. We could not afford to lose our clients' trust again, so we decided to use Zoho as an added security measure to all internal files.
