What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Docs provides a safe way for us to store and share our documents. With this software, we are able to easily access our files wherever we are. It supports various file types and formats and allows users to send emails with attachment files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are having a good experience with Zoho Docs so far but we hope future versions would integrate more seamlessly with API. We also hope for a cost-friendlier product and better customer service.
