Using Cloud is definitely the way to go in keeping files within the workplace.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about using Zoho is the features and tabs that are easy to familiarize with. What makes it more attractive is that it offers massive storage space via Cloud, which not all products cater to as of this moment. Also, Zoho is never choosy on the type, size, and formal documents it can keep. I mainly rely on Zoho to manage my photo album and client information directory to find them when needed easily. I trust Zoho to protect all the images that I have worked hard to collect for years.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If something bothers me about this product, it cannot cope with integration protocols. We do have a lot of applications that we would like to merge with Zoho. They're not working well according to our expectations. So instead of experiencing extreme system latency, we would have to use each tool separately. Also, I have noticed that Zoho works well in transferring or exporting small files, only the bigger ones like PPT presentations can take forever to share.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

After some time, I realized that it is important to have a backup storage platform in any business. It would be best if you were responsible for securing your documents and Zoho indeed is the answer to our problem. Also, since we are storing large amounts of files, we need a secure platform to ensure that documents are easy to search, updated, and always protected. Zoho, I must say, saved our business from a major financial loss a few years ago.
