What are the best aspects of this product?

This software supports a wide range of file types, has a large capacity for file storage, is compatible with different types of OS, and is easily accessible from various devices. File transfer time is also excellent with Zoho.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We wish their services would come at a lower price. We also wish we could work more seamlessly with clients who don't use the same software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho Docs provides us with a collaborative space for working on files and keeping our database updated. It comes with a great set of document editing tools. Thanks to this software, we are able to accomplish more while working online.
