What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Zoho Docs mainly for storing and sharing files. We love that it is user-friendly, trouble-free, and efficient. It has features that allow us to edit documents and collaborate with other professionals. It also comes in an excellent mobile version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing we dislike about Zoho Docs. However, we would like it better if they would add functionality to allow for the copying of information from other software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We love that this software is very easy to use and is equipped with many features. It allows us to work better as part of one organization and has a notable positive impact on our productivity.
