What are the best aspects of this product?
Looking at Zoho in a much bigger picture, I must say that it ranks number one on my favorite platforms list. Since I started with the company, I have effectively worked nonstop to share information within the team. I am the type of person who is fond of sharing power points and training materials with my entire team because I want them to learn something new each week. The good thing with Zoho is that it keeps files in pristine condition, which is very important for the business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you ask me to give some negative feedback about Zoho, I guess there would be some important things that I would like to bring up. Number one is the user interface, which is latent 80% of the time. The second would be the report building analysis that is essential to track project ownership and progress. If they could improve these opportunities, I must say that Zoho will be consistently number one in the market.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I want to share that one of the reasons' why Zoho became a popular choice for us because it comes with multiple functions. Realistically speaking, there are not many products that can offer the same service as Zoho does. Having all our documents accessible to all employees helps increase our productivity. No reason for delays or downtime because all of us can work on and off-site, with or without internet connections. Besides, we are very much willing to give our full trust to Zoho to handle all corporate files with care for its reputation has remained untarnished for so long.
