Zoho Docs works well for our company

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to upload, organize, and share files using Zoho Docs. They have a very responsive support team and their services come at a much lower cost than their competitors on the market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are not entirely secure with regard to using Zoho for collaborating on files. We worry about the possibility of getting hacked and having other people access our files without our permission.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Zoho Docs, I am better able to manage my files and share them with my coworkers. I am also able to handle communications and file storage more efficiently.
