PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I prefer Zoho over any other storage apps because of its capability to take care of essential files daily within our department. I run a busy schedule, and I find it easier to delegate to my team by sharing and leaving notes on certain spreadsheets that need to be the top priority. Zoho also easily adapts to our work environment.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are instances wherein I've issues accessing the app using different internet browsers. I called, and I was tasked to do basic troubleshooting like clearing caches, but the issue remained the same for a few hours.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our departments use Zoho to manage all their documents, including performance reports and sales and marketing strategies. We could push more projects this 2020 because we find working with Zoho really efficient to share files and information.
