What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho Expense is deemed an effective tool in filing a number of expenses. The dashboard offers a snapshot on the latest status. For instance, it would indicate: approvals awaiting, reimbursement awaiting, and etc... Employees are now given further flexibility in adding reports piece by piece or through bulk imports.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For every changes made by the admin in reports, a notification will always come up. That's not a good thing. For example, if there are 50 submitted expenses and an admin makes a comment for every report, you'd received around 50 e-mails in your inbox alone. Also, the number of fields needed in offering an expense is relatively high.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Currently, our company is using this platform in our accounting department. Employess from varying departments file expenses to the accounting department by means of Zoho Expense. It's making things easier for the accounting department. They can track expense reports easily and make reimbursements neatly.
