What are the best aspects of this product?
With this software you can use dashboard to provide snapshot of your current status like: when you are waiting for approvals, or reimbursement awaiting and etc. On the other side, Zoho Expens allows your employees to add reports one by one as well as bulk import. What you get with Zoho Expens is detailed insights with analytics where company’s money is going, progress of different departments and employees.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For every change in the reports there are notifications, so for example if I make 50 changes in report section I would get 50 emails. And, the number of fields to submit an expense is very high.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Zoho expanse for accounts department. Other employees file the expenses to accounts with Zoho expense features. This software makes our work organized and much easier.
