What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about Zoho is how Zoho modules collaborate with each other and while your business is growing you can add modules along with your company’s growth. Zoho Expens helps me on the processing of reports along with Zoho books modules. My team members are using Zoho expense regularly and by now no receipt is lost. Their customer support service is amazing, whenever I have an issue with the software I will get feedback in a minutes and my problem is solved within 2 days or even less.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could work on better update option on some pages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho helps us to create and keep a customer data with Zoho CRM. Also, the good thing is that this software integrates well with other systems we are using in our department such as: accounting, finance, expense, marketing and communication systems. Zoho Expense is reliable and customizable and it is very affordable for smaller to midsize sales businesses.
