What are the best aspects of this product?
I was able to experiment with the Zoho Expense management tool in our organization. We frequently travel for work. We feel expense reporting is a problematic thing that needs resolving. In the end, I highly recommend this for small and medium businesses as it's efficient and simple to operate.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The app hasn't reached that "greatness" level yet. But thanks to the OCR, there's no longer a need for the app. Everything can now be e-mailed. Receipts and IDs can be automatically scanned.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're trying to resolve problems in reporting expenses problems. At the same time, we wanted to make sure reimbursements occur in a timely manner. Thanks to the expense tool, these can now be done swiftly. Audits can be done on the fly.
