What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho Expense does a great job in simplifying the submission, review, and reimbursement of employee costs. Being a small organization, we intially felt we no longer need a reporting software. We though Google Sheets is good enough for us. Thing is, the time and hassle that are saved by making use of the proper software over Google Spreadsheets is astounding.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Before, I was using Expensify. I was also using other expense reporting software like it in my corporate work. Compared to such, there's not much to hate with Zoho Expense. The biggest pain I've encountered is issuing cheques for the precise reimbursement value just to have it settled.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to resolve a lot of issues thanks to Expense. The first was having the ability to acquire data in real-time on per-day expenses. This was particular helpful for clients who are on the road. Also, we're happy to have the approval process set in place.
