What are the best aspects of this product?

The e-mail receipt functionality as well as auto analysis were designed really well. I'm able to forward e-mail via receipts within the body or have them attached to my e-mail address. It auto analyzes the e-mail and create a populated expense item. When that's done, it's a matter of making an item confirmation that was properly populated with details through a button click.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing much to be honest. But it'd be nice if they let you pick and buy a set of core offerings. And that's doing so upfront. Then choosing which employees to be included on when you want to include them as a new user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What normally takes around an hour and a half every few weeks can now be done in a little over ten minutes. It has integration with Zoho Books. That means it can automatically account for expenses. It can also house receipts digitally.
