It's so simple to utilize. The layout looks simple and attractive at the same time. Zoho Invenotry isn't just the app that I use, I'm also making use of Zoho CRM for my own clients. Meanwhile, I'm using Zoho Projects for any internal-based activities. They all link to one tightly-run system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It comes with a few downfalls. Its backend appears to be locked down. That would mean little to no customizations can be done regardlessof how important they are. In addition, connectivity between Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory is severely limited at this time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This time around, stock management is a lot more manageable. The details involved during the entry process has been nothing but a big help when it comes down to tracking items. In fact, since using Zoho Inventory, keeping track of items has never been this efficient.
