What are the best aspects of this product?

It was easy to implement, it provides great options for managing inventory and to keep track of every action. The workflow is simple and straightforward. It can be used by everyone within my company and it doesn’t require special skills. The reporting feature is great and it meets our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be really complicated to integrate it with CRM. They could improve the support service because they couldn’t help me to improt invoices to the CRM.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep track of every action and to manage inventory. The reporting metrics are extremelly simple to use.
