What are the best aspects of this product?

The good thing about Zoho is its cloud-based program. I used other similar tools like Quickbooks but this one meets all my needs, it fits perfectly in my business. Zoho’s customer support service is great, there are great payment options and invoice features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When the sales order is converted to purchase order the detailes are not available on the PO and only the default product comes through.

It helps us to solve problems with payments and payment methods. It saved our lives and it changes the way we do our business.
