What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho product has great inventory and book software integrations which are easily accessible. Also, I really like the billing and purchase sync. The dashboard is smooth and straightforward.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot use it on my Android device and this is dislike because our employees often manage the some processes via mobile device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to keep track of every product and action and to manage the inventory seamlessly. We can organise our stock management.
