What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it allows us to subscribe to the apps that we need. Also, the other good thing is that it can be integrated easily with other outside apps. It provides great features suitable for retailers and wholesalers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you are part of specific industry it might not meet your needs. Imn addition, they could improve the reporting feature, it’s not customizable unless you purchase the reporting app. But, on the other hand, the app is not as user friendly as it should be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to better manage inventory and extend to invoicing and to keep track of issue invoices.
