Tracking our company’s inventories has never been easier!

What are the best aspects of this product?

My workmates and I rely on this tool so much. We've been using this heavily because it has all the functions that it has in its arsenal. My role in the company is mostly related to bookkeeping and ad hoc tasks and Zoho is a constant companion in all the tasks I carry out. Thanks to it, I have been able to follow the path of my stocks from the moment they become part of my inventory and all the way to their delivery to our clients after being sold. I really love that Zoho allows you to zoom in on your operations and manage them on a micro-level. You can check the items what you have on stock and how many are left. If you want to get a quick glimpse at your inventory, Zoho makes that possible too. The reports that we get after everything has been completed is pretty thorough and insightful as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My workmates and I are in agreement that Zoho has been the best inventory tracking tool that we have worked with. I haven’t come across anything worth complaining about. In fact, when pitted against tools of the same function, we've determined Zoho to be the best of them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho takes the bulk of my manual work. All I have to do now is to do random checks on the system just to make sure that there hasn’t been a glitch in the system and that everything is still working properly. Everything now works pretty fast and efficient. In fact, I have effectively become a top employee in terms of productivity. Now there's more time for me to create more thorough reports.
