What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Zoho Inventory is its simplicity. It provides simple and understandable interface and highly functional options. It provides great integrations with other Zoho products and with Shopify. All these integrations helps us to better run reports and to keep track of sales data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need shipping invoice module for international shipping and it would be great if they could include outside service providers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It works perfectly for web-store and warehouse. It helps us to convert orders to sales confiramtions, process payments, invoices and packing lists. It helps us to save lots of time thanks to cross transfer of data.
