What are the best aspects of this product?

User friendly. Everything is straight to the point. A free version is available. A good way to "explore" the services they're offering.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are limitations to customizing edge cases. If your invoice entails certain notes, you won't find it here. They have custom fields though. It's hard making workflows through the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Back then, I was making use of OpenERP. But that ended up becoming a complicated thing for us. So we had to look for other available solutions. We gave Freshbooks a go but ended up with Zoho.
