What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho ticked all of our boxes. This is a good thing for our startup in today's tough economy. Zoho made it easy for us to start invoicing immediately. Very professional and free to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have zero dislikes at this point in time. I'm currenltly using their free version. However, I have positive plans to make an upgrade soon. Right now, there's a lot of value and features found in their free version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I get to expedite invoice digitally. Hence, a huge reduction of paper use. Great generation of scheduling reports. Lots of customers take comfort in seeing their invoices over the internet.
