What are the best aspects of this product?

I find it very easy to use. Very much straightforward. They happen to have a free version available. Its recurrent invoicing functions really well. If you a highly customized invoice template with another customized email template, you have yourself a professionaly looking service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customization for edge cases is currently limited at the moment. Let's just say you want an invoice that would entail additional notes such as currency exchange details. You'll never spot anything like this built from within. Although they do have customized fields. Making workflows on the app can be difficult.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Back then, I was making use of OpenERP. But I found it too complicated for us to comprehend. So, we had to look for another solution. We gave Freshbooks a go, but the API stalled. No additional enhancements were expected on that areas. Then we moved on to Zoho. We fell in love with it and never looked back.
