What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho has ticked all the boxes even as a startup trying to make it through the recession. Growth is expected to be slow. That means, costs will need to be handled very carefully. The tool has made it all the more possible to start invoicing almost immediately. It's professionally made and offers excellent portability.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Right now, I can't find anything that I hate with this tool. I'm currently using its free plan. But I have every intention to upgrade in the later going. There are a lot of good things that make this product. So much functionalities found in the free plan.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I now have the ability to expedite invoicing electronically. That means less paper to deal with. This tool can schedule reports and emails them to intended recipients. Important data is pushed to use from time to time. A lot of customers love the fact that they can peek their invoices online.
