What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm using both Zoho Invoice and Zoho Books to provide invoices for my clients, and to keep track of my overall income and expenses. I'm really satisfied with the quality of the product, even if it was not designed to support inventory tracking (I need it because I work in a production company using rental equipment). You can't have it all, right? The price is good enough to consider it anyways, but in case you rely largely on 3rd party system integration, there are better options for you (Quickbooks, Xero, etc).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The lack of inventory tracking was not as bad as the lack of a classic attachement option, I had to attach rental contracts to your invoices/estimates per email.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest problem it will solve is saving money: the product is even over-efficient for the price you'd pay to get it.
