What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easily customizable. That's good news especially when making ends meet for your company. We're currently using it as a Shared Service Center. Thanks to this, we're now able to gather our customers who are sprawled all over the globe.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They're service support needs improvement. It's hard to manage varying invoice templates for a wide range of brands.

It can actually be adapted by users worldwide. Our company is spread out in different countries. Fortunately, we can run our operations using this system. We now have the ability to do reporting using this tool.
