What are the best aspects of this product?

The learning curve is painless. Simple to utilize. It's affordable just using its basic features. When I gave this tool a try, I was able to quickly do invoicing after 10 or so minutes of inputting my first client as well as company details. Being able to give this software a run for free for the first several clients is really great!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not recommended in registering expenses. Zoho Invoice has a bit of a problem with taking in an expense note listing more than one item consisting of varying VAT rates. I realized their exporting time registration on one project between two calendar dates a little overwhelming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm in need of a cloud service that lets me put in a simpler time registration. Then using that registration for producing invoices in a simpler manner and tracking my current expenses. When my company started to expand, I had to look for a tool that's a litle more elaborate.
