Zoho Invoice is intuitive, fast, and inexpensive

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is logical to expect billing software to automate invoice generating, but I never expected something this simple! I create a customer, enter some basic data, save it, and send it. That's it! Consequently, no learning was involved. I felt as if were using this program for ages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd skip the paying part, if that was possible. I mean, Zoho Invoice costs bottom dollars, but if we're already forced to work on the web, it should at least be for free. In any case, don't take this as a complaint, for what I know now I'd pay much more to have this product in hands, it motivated me to deal with my most hateful activity-generating invoices! Obviously, why would you hate something that takes just 30 seconds to be done?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Emailing invoices to customers, and allowing them to pay via international transfer systems. I'm glad to have left paperwork in the past.
