What are the best aspects of this product?
The most difficult part of our business is to manage time, not even to mention simple management. I didn’t believe that is possible until I discovered Zoho Invoice! All I have to do now is to start the project, wait for a Zoho confirmation, turn the project into an invoice, and let the program log time against it. I am also in charge of creating customers, assigning and tracking tasks. You may think I'm exaggerating, but there is some royal feeling attached to this program! We've integrated it with Stripe to enable various online-payment scenarios (recurring building, 30 days billing) and we haven't faced a single scenario Zoho Invoice cannot deal with. The program closes invoices automatically upon receiving payment, and I simply jump on the next invoice.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Archiving could be much better, if there was a customer archiving rule, for instance. This way, I have to do it manually.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I create and manage invoices on time, because there are premade templates, and all you have to do is to insert your data.
