It functions as our CRM. It's very efficient when it comes to collaboration and schedule group meetings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface is too basic. I also experienced some issues with its notifications wherein it doesn't get updated in real-time.

Zoho allows us to have our own domain for an affordable price, which is good for our branding. It's also suitable for internal communications.
