What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho is highly functional, has a user-friendly interface, and has many great features, even for a free account. It has a CRM feature, spreadsheets, chat, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would increase the storage face for the paid plan to be on par with Gsuite.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is super useful in managing our work and tasks. It's basically a virtual workplace because it has everything–from file storage to messaging.
