What are the best aspects of this product?
Things that Zoho can do are create multiple email address for one domain wherein mails are directed to a preset inbox, synchronize activities and calendars with your teammates. It facilitates collaboration. I also love Zoho's customer support!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It took a little bit of time for me to get used to it. Some mails are labeled as spam even though they are not, so you have to tweak the settings. I also would improve the software by making it a bit faster even when the internet is slow.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We now have a branded email address, which is really helpful in making our brand more professional. It's also really accessible anywhere you go.
