What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows users to create aliases, so you don't have to create new user accounts every time you want to have a new email address.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't allow logging into different accounts at the same time. You have to logout the other before you can access the other one. They can also improve the interface and the way it organizes and groups emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're finally able to afford a corporate email.
