What are the best aspects of this product?

Its features are great and even better than its competitors. This is the best choice for business emails. The user interface is good.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't allow multiple account logins using one browser. I have to manage the admin account, so whenever I need to check the admin email, I need to logout of my employee account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For a very reasonable price, it's very helpful for our business. It improved our communications with our clients.
