What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho Mail is an ideal system if you use other Zoho products. It integrates smoothly with their CRM which is a big bonus. It offers all the essential features of a good email program such as templates, attachments, and folder layout. Enterprises can use the chat feature and the app is ideal for remote teams as it is cloud-based.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The email interface is a bit hard to learn in the beginning. It is not similar to Gmail which may have caused the confusion. But Zoho Mail uses sound logic which makes it functional. Our remote team members did not have their time zone settings right which means they could not receive emails in the proper sent/received order. Only the system admin could resolve this issue which seems old-fashioned to me.

We use Zoho Mail as the email solution for our remote team in multiple time zones. It offers essential features including collaboration, community calendars, and document sharing. On top of that, Zoho Mail is an efficient and cost-effective system.
