Customizing emails has never been this easy!

What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite about Zoho is the smooth running mobile app version. It stores our account so we no longer have to log in or out every time. Using the mobile version is as easy as using the desktop version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While I love the mobile version, I would still love to see the web version improve as I do most of my work on a desktop. Aside from the slow loading, the web version looks very messy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho mail is offered in competitively priced packages, much cheaper than Outlook or Google mail with which Zoho shares almost similar features. I'm very satisfied with my investment in Zoho and its performance.
