What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing that drew my attention to Zoho was the $1 monthly offer. What made it more irresistible was that the trial package included custom emails for five accounts, making it suited for small businesses that would like to send out attractive emails at the lowest cost possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The installment part posed some challenges as it had a lot of authentication processes, much more compared to other email hosting tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The best part about Zoho is you can customize emails, with a wide array of great themes you can choose from. The whole spectrum of Zoho products helps me read and modify documents at ease and all these things I can do at a minimal cost.
