What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Mail is free for smaller teams of up to 10 addresses, and the solution makes it easy to organize and track incoming and outgoing emails. Their pricing packages are affordable too. The system is easy to use and it is a joy to utilize the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface is slow and pales in comparison with competitor products. The website could be made more attractive. Zoho Mail does not work well with some other services I use, but apart from these minor glitches the software is worth using.

I use Zoho Mail to manage and organize my daily incoming emails. It helps me to track conversations and control everything. The software helps me remember all the essential tasks now. I can track emails and make sure subscribers read my emails. To top it all, Zoho Mail works great along with MailChimp.
