What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho Mail is a cost-effective solution that allows small businesses to use email with their domain name. The platform is easy to set up and use. You can forward your Zoho Mail to your existing email account and also use the “send as feature” with other email services like Hotmail and Gmail.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The vendor can improve integration with other business systems apart from webinar software, CRM, etc. as we don’t subscribe to Zoho CRM.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The main benefit of using Zoho Mail is small businesses can get a personalized email address with their chosen domain name.
