What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho allows users to collaborate with other users. I love how organized the emails, especially the threads, are! It can be personalized and definitely improves your work. I also love their customer support! Really helpful and reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints. It's a good program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We finally have an emailing app that facilitates collaboration within users and integrates pretty well with other external apps. This is a great and affordable way to manage our tasks.
