What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Mail offers great quality at an affordable price. It is an ideal service for startups and small businesses. The system is easy to set up and you get your own email domain for free. Since the company domain property gets verified, your emails will not be treated as spam. You can also integrate your Zoho email into your preferred email client.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the setup/admin pages are difficult to set up because of the old interface. To be fair, the vendor is striving to modernize these pages. Since the price is so affordable you cannot complain too much about trivial aspects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho Mail offers me personal domain email accounts for my new company. I appreciate this because it is not professional to send business emails with personal email IDs. Zoho Mail also helps me solve the issues of setting up and maintaining email servers which are not easy to do.
