The cost for the entire Zoho package was very light and was compatible with my needs as a startup. With the $1 trial plan, I could edit documents, customize emails, and use all Zoho tools with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I always aim to reply promptly to emails so it's quite stressful that Zoho fails to notify me of new messages in my inbox. It's a hassle having to check emails from time to time so I hope Zoho has a remedy for this.

Zoho is a game-changer in email hosting in that it offers prices much lower than the average market price. And at an affordable cost, one can leverage features that are likewise offered in other email hosting services.
